Role Description

FOM is seeking applications for the below roles:

Senior Project Manager; and

Assistant Project Manager

These are full-time hybrid roles at Focus On Management Australia.

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will be responsible for an end-to-end project delivery. This role is primarily located in Melbourne, VIC. The SPM will manage a work of Assistant Project Manager(s), Project Manager(s) and report to a Project Director(s).

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will be responsible the day-to-day management of the project activities under the direction of the SPM(s) and PM(s).

Qualifications

Common sense approach and logical thinking
Project Management expertise and min 7-10 year of relevant experience - for the SPM
Project Management expertise and min 2-3 year of relevant experience - for the APM
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Experience in property advisory and project management
Passion for construction industry
Drive to 'add value' via your efforts
Curiosity and the ability to question status quo
Relevant certification in project management or a related field
Valid Driver Licence
