Salary: Band 6 - $91,930.09- $101,483.80 pro rata + superannuation

Role includes an RDO

We are looking for a Project Manager to deliver capital works projects that encompass sports pavilions, ovals and courts, kindergartens, libraries, community facilities and open spaces within a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Be Working On

Project managing multiple and concurrent capital works projects with guidance as required.
Preparing and administering design and construction contracts including specification and tender documentation.
Obtaining approvals and permits to ensure compliance of construction projects.
Working with project management systems, processes and governance structures.
Preparing and monitoring project budgets.
Working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including community, contractors and consultants.

What You Need To Succeed

Tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering or design disciplines, architecture, construction, quantity surveying, building surveying or equivalent with several years of subsequent relevant experience within a community infrastructure setting.
White Card for Construction.
Current Victorian Drivers License.
