The Core Capability Requirements For This Role Are

Manage the development, implementation, and delivery of the maintenance program for the portfolio of QPS properties.
Prepare funding bids for maintenance and coordination of State-wide condition audits.
Provide high quality customer service through the development and maintenance of strong relationships with stakeholders, client agencies, contractors and suppliers.
Contribute to the development and review of operational policy and systems.
Manage maintenance projects, including scope development, engaging consultants and contractors.
Provide supportive and responsive mentoring and leadership to team members.

Role Requirements

Qualification

A relevant qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field would be beneficial to succeed in this role.

Technical/ Operational/ Educational experience

Proven experience in managing maintenance programs and projects within a property portfolio, preferably in a government or large organisational context would be beneficial to succeed in this role.
