We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Fibrous Plasterer to join our team based in Perth, WA. Reporting to the general manager, you will be crucial in delivering exceptional plastering solutions for various commercial and residential projects across WA.

Role responsibilities:

· Measure and mark surfaces and the plasterboard, ensuring precise and accurate preparation for the work.

· Cut, Install and fix plasterboard and other wall linings, ensuring a smooth and even finish.

· Install and secure lightweight steel framing, partition walls, exposed T-bar grid suspended ceilings, and keylock suspended ceiling framing.

· Preparing surfaces for plastering by skimming, sanding, and patching

· Mix and apply coats of plaster to the interiors and exteriors of structures. This includes applying base coats, finish coats, and decorative textures.

· Repair damaged plasterwork to its original condition.

· Create decorative plaster mouldings, cornices, and ornamental features as project specifications require.

· Install insulation, acoustic, fireproofing and vapour barriers if needed.

Candidate requirements:

· Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining preferred

· Proven knowledge of all aspects of plastering skills (2+ years of experience preferred)

· Commercial and residential building experience

· A current Driver’s Licence is essential.

· Hard working and can-do attitude

· Understanding of HSE requirements
