SITE SUPERVISOR – MULTI RESIDENTIAL

Responsibilities:
These responsibilities require a supervisor to have strong leadership skills, construction expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities on the construction site, including scheduling work, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring that tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance, ensuring that workmanship and materials meet or exceed industry standards and local building codes.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all workers on the site.
- Maintain clear and open communication with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners. Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, changes, and any issues that may arise.
- Quickly address and resolve any challenges that arise during construction, such as design changes, unforeseen site conditions, or delays.
You Need To Have:
- Over 5 years’ experience in residential construction management, preferably in townhouses
- Must have local experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to safety and quality
- Must have QBCC license
