The Role
As a Site Manager, you will utilise your technical and practical construction knowledge to build high-quality homes in accordance with all relevant Building Codes and ABN Group’s safety and compliance standards.
Reporting into our Construction Manager, your role will include but not limited to:
- Conduct daily site inspections and manage job rounds to ensure compliance and check quality of workmanship and materials
- Utilise computer programs and technology to assist with accurate reporting of job progress
- Reach stage claim and completion targets in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with trades and suppliers
- Utilise knowledge and experience of construction to identify opportunities for improvement
- Promote and maintain safe work protocols at all times
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
You
To be successful in your application, the following qualities and experiences will be considered favourable:
- Recent Site Supervisor experience within WA Residential Building industry
- Relevant trade qualification and Diploma in Building and Construction
- Intuitive knowledge to operate computer programs effectively
- Ability to interpret building plans and specifications with understanding of relevant legislations, standards, and codes
- Current C Class Drives License and White Card (mandatory)
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Openness to learning and drive for continuous improvement
