About The Role
Reporting to the project manager you will be working on commercial and High end residential projects and be responsible for;
- Preparing scopes of work
- Preparing monthly cost reports and forecasts.
- Administrating the head and sub-contracts.
- Progress payments.
- Deal with any variations or contractual matters that arise.
- Financial reporting
About you
- Must have 2+ years experience as a Contract Administrator/ Project Coordinator in the commercial or High End residential space
- Have great communication and negotiating skills as well as presentation.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to deal with Clients
- Strong problem solving skills and have the ability to drive successful commercial outcomes for the company
