ABOUT THE POSITION ON OFFER Project Location: Geelong, VIC The HSE Advisor will report directly to the Project Manager & HSE Manager. You will be responsible for providing HSE advice, support, and direction to our project delivery teams on all HSE-related matters. Main responsibilities include: - Providing a timely and responsible S&H service - Involvement with the development of Work Packs – methodology and Risk assessments - Ensuring compliance with the agreed mythology of activity as per the Work Pack and compliance with the organization’s S&H policy, procedures, and legislative requirements - Assisting in investigating incidents and accidents, and responding with corrective actions - Conduct regular synergy mobility inspections and audits. The successful candidate will require: - Minimum certificate 4 in OH&S management; ideally, a Diploma-level qualification in a relevant safety discipline. - Strong experience in a similar site-based role in the construction industry - Robust understanding of the WHS Act and Regulations - Experience in Safety Management System implementation Please note that relevant screening checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
