The Role
We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Consultant with significant training and organizational development experience. The successful applicant will also have a strong understanding of employment regulations and practice. The HSEQ Consultant will be responsible for the quality service of their client base, including providing on-site support as required. As a small firm, the role will have autonomy to manage their workload and influence over the direction of the organisation and their own career goals.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
A strong client and outcome focus;
The ability to analyze, evaluate and identify practical solutions to provide the best outcomes for our clients;
The ability to develop and present quality QSE related training programs;
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to provide the best service to our diverse customer base and attention to detail;
Tertiary qualifications in OHS or related field;
Sound understanding of business acumen and best practice;
Ability to lead difficult conversations, communicate constructive outcomes and hold external stakeholders accountable;
Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic and highly transactional environment;
Previous experience working within Quality or Safety field, Strong understanding legislation, and Standards; and
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks while working autonomously.
