Exciting newly created job with start up company. They are in the process of taking a mine out of care and maintenance. As a fully funded enterprise they will become a world class mining operation with high grade ore and a business model that is sheltered from the fluctuations in prices.
They are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their small Owners Team at this pivotal time.
This is a genuine opportunity to be there at the very start of this venture, as such they are looking for a good all-rounder who is looking to grow with the company.
Duties:
- Contract Management: Maintaining records of all contracts, including terms, deadlines, deliverables, and financial obligations.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring all parties adhere to the contract terms and conditions.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks related to contracts and taking steps to mitigate them.
- Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters between the company and its suppliers or contractors.
- Reporting: Providing regular updates to management on the status of contracts, upcoming deadlines, and any issues that need attention. Also attend meetings to provide overall project update reporting on a weekly basis.
This is a permanent role based in West Perth, initially you will be expected to be in the office 4 days a week but this will become more flexible and the project progresses.
