About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fire Door Project Manager for the day to day running of our projects. The suitable applicant will be required to carry out the following:
- Scheduling jobs and orders based on programs, liaise with builders and installers to ensure a successful delivery of the project from start to finish.
- Help achieve project completion within the target budget and track costs as per our company processes
- Coordinate all fire door frames and door orders
- Prepare frame shop and scheduling of work for clients' review and approval
- Review drawings and scheduling of work to confirm door schedule take off
- Coordinating and liaising with builders and suppliers
- Maintaining a high level of detail and quality control
- Ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard
- Work with clients and ensure they are regularly updated on the progress of the project
- Management of materials to be delivered to site to suit the Builders' Programme Requirements.
- Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in this role is preferred
- Excellent understanding of fire doors, general doors and carpentry works
- Multi-tasking ability working on various projects
- Strong cost management skills
- ADI work with Tier 1 and 2 builders and require full email communication
- Right to work in Australia (Sponsorship Available for suitable candidate)
- White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence and own transport
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $98,307.00 – $120,153.00 per year
