- Managing facilities management function of the assigned portfolio
- Managing, leading, and developing the facilities management team
- Supporting the head of asset services in delivering a full range of Property Management & Facilities Management services to internal & external clients
Qualifications
- 5 years maintenance/facilities management experience
- Qualification in Building or Construction (highly considered)
- Excellent working knowledge of Cirrus8 software
