We are a well-established Demolition & Excavation Company based in Burton, Adelaide South Australia, looking for a Commercial Contracts Administrator to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who can be flexible and adaptable as things can regularly change onsite. You will be responsible for maintaining the supporting paperwork, while making sure the job gets done in an efficient and compliant manner.
You will need a good understanding of construction or demolition processes.
About the role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Administrator. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to contract negotiation, contract management, and procurement. They will also utilize their analytical skills to analyse contracts and ensure compliance. Effective communication is essential for this role to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure smooth contract administration processes.
