The Role:
As Contract Administrator you are a key component in the life-cycle of the project, your exemplary planning, scheduling and evaluatory skills laying the foundation for a successful, Cobild Standard, outcome. Responsible for the management of all costs, contracts and procurement documents, you will ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, assisting in delivering an on-site culture of safety.
About You:
- A minimum of 2+ years experience as a Contract Administrator
- Confident negotiation and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Forensic attention to detail
- Accomplished multitasker and problem solver
- Ability to work both autonomously and within the team
- Proficient in Construction Management software
- Willingness to modify an approach to adapt to changing circumstances
