You’ll be joining a solid organisation with over 40 years under their belt across Greater Sydney. They’ve been helping the region across public and private sectors. Designing, managing and delivering some of the largest and innovative land development projects is what they’re all about.

As a land developer or Government client, they’ll have access to a complete range of services across strategic engineering, planning, project management, civil engineering design, stormwater management and more! To say you’ll have some pretty impressive colleagues and mentors is an understatement.

What you’ll bring:
You’ll be at the forefront of Engineering Design for major urban land releases and community facilities.
Having the experience and ability to dive into diverse projects such as bulk earthworks, road design, stormwater drainage, sediment and erosion control plans and more! So, your demonstrated experience in the designing across these areas is where your new organisation needs you to come from.
How will you bring your unique touch to these designs? Easy! You’ll bring at least 3 years of solid work experience working in a design engineer-based role. Whether that be in a consulting firm working with private and public clients, or even Local Government.
Documentation is important. So, your preparation in comprehensive design reporting, safety reporting and other documentation is critical. You’re a mentor, so undergraduates and interns will be looking up to you. Leading by example, it comes naturally.
Your time management and stakeholder engagement are an asset of yours- Face to face or virtually, it’s a mixture. The way you manage your project scopes, communicate internally and externally are apart of your reputation.
You will have experience with 12D and BricsCAD, AutoCAD is also an option. If you have exposure to DRAINS? Even better! You never know when there could be times where you need to do your own sketches or drawings.
