We need a Civil Operations Lead who can partner with our amazing team and work with our stakeholders to achieve great things.
What You Will Be Working On
As the Civil Operations Lead, you'll partner with our talented team and work closely with stakeholders to achieve outstanding infrastructure outcomes. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver civil infrastructure projects that meet our community's needs and expectations. Your leadership will ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of our City's natural and built environment.
- Leading and mentoring a team to achieve operational excellence in civil infrastructure projects.
- Preparing, monitoring, and updating service programs and budgets for Civil Works activities.
- Providing technical advice and direction on procurement and resourcing matters.
- Driving a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Engaging with stakeholders to ensure transparency and social responsibility in project delivery.
About You
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and substantial experience in project management.
- You possess extensive experience in civil infrastructure, specifically in road construction, maintenance, and traffic engineering.
- You are a natural leader with a proven track record of creating and leading high-performing teams.
- You thrive in complex and ambiguous environments, making informed decisions with confidence.
- You are passionate about safety and sustainability, and you drive initiatives that improve outcomes in these areas.
