Due to growth and a high demand for our high-quality homes, we have multiple positions available for Site Supervisors in both the North and South suburbs. You will be joining a team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals committed to providing the highest level of quality for every build.

The Opportunity
Your primary objective will be to oversee the quality construction of new homes, supervise trades, liaise with clients, and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Working Full Time Hours, Your Main Duties Will Include
- Establish the site in accordance with relevant WHS requirements.
- Induct subcontractors and site employees.
- Coordinate the trades and sequencing of work.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labourers to ensure efficient and effective collaboration.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and resolve any issues as they arise.
- Oversee all finishing trades on site.
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, in line with specifications and schedules.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- A relevant trade qualification and experience in residential construction.
- 3-5 years of experience as a site supervisor or equivalent within the building industry.
- A current C Class Driver's License.
- A WA Occupational Health & Safety White Card
- A current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
- A Construction Safety Induction Card.
- Excellent attention to detail, quality and finish.
- A strong understanding of construction sequences.
- The ability to think through issues and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to confidently communicate instructions to other team members.
- Professional presentation, strong organisation and time management skills.
- A willingness to work as part of a team and impart knowledge to others.
