Job Description
We are seeking a
Property Project Manager to join our National Clinic Support - Property team. This role is responsible for managing property projects, with a key focus on service delivery, driving efficiencies, cost control, WHS and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading and designing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Formulate and execute project governance, establishing best-fit procurement models and innovative approaches for clinic projects.
- Apply project management methodologies and industry best practices.
- Interpret building plans and regulations to oversee work progress and ensure compliance with schedules and budgets.
- Manage planning and authority approval processes with councils and local government.
- Facilitate and manage the engagement of consultants and builders.
- Acting as Kieser's WHS representative and support the development and implementation of robust WHS management system throughout Kieser’s sites
