In this new role, reporting to the Access & Stakeholder Manager you will receive, triage, investigate and resolve complaints, queries, and concerns from both internal and external stakeholders for all Telecommunications projects and clients on behalf of UGL. You will contribute to the reputation of the UGL Telecommunications brand and play a key role in the efficient and effective implementation of an established Complaints and Stakeholder Engagement procedure.
