UGL are currently looking for experienced Linesman to join our Utilities division supporting our Genex Project. The project is based in North Queensland and will be based on a FIFO 19/9 Roster! Your responsibilities will include: - Climbing of transmission structures - Upgrade and construction of new and existing assets - Study and interpret technical drawings, network line diagrams and maps - Liaise with Network Operator Inspectors and customers - Complete comprehensive risk assessments - Maintain work in progress plans - Installing and maintaining conductors, aerial equipment, and underground cables - Installing and maintaining all associated electrical supply equipment - Attending to electrical breakdowns and emergencies. - Adhering to site specific health and safety policies and procedures.
