The Role:
The purpose of this position is to work with the Supply Chain team at MTCM to enter previous orders that have been made into our Agiloft system to ensure compliance with procurement processes.
Responsibilities:
- Entering all details of prior orders into the Agiloft system.
- Verifyinng the purchase order details to ensure correct information is input.
- Ensuring adherence to all regulatory and compliance mandates affecting procurement.
- Coordinating with internal supply chain team and departments to ensure all details are correct.
- Follow all relevant GxP regulations, guidelines, and company policies you will need to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements are met.
- Execute tasks precisely as defined in internal guiding documents including but not limited to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Follow Documentation Practices and Data Integrity requirements to ensure data, documentation, and records are completed and maintained for use by the business and available to support audits or inspections.
- Complete training in assigned required learning plan according to the defined timing and the prescribed requalification cadence.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in procurement administration preferred.
- Experience using Agiloft or similar contract management system.
- Understanding of purchase order inputting.
- Able to work easily with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Demonstrated aptitude or ability to learn in order to gain a strong understanding of GxP regulations (specify GMP, GLP, GCP, GVP or other applicable standards).
