About the Role
Our Construction Administrators are the backbone of our building operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient progress of each project. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your administrative expertise and passion for the building industry to support our construction team and ensure the timely delivery of our quality homes.
You'll be based in our office in Helensvale, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Your role will involve managing contracts, coordinating with various stakeholders, preparing essential documentation, and ensuring all aspects of the construction administration process are executed flawlessly.

About You
- Administration Experience: You have proven experience in an administrative role. Experience in the construction industry or similar is preferred but we're happy to train you!
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritise effectively, and maintain accurate records.
- Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in Google Suite and can quickly adapt to new software systems.
- Excellent Communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Problem Solver & Team Player: You are proactive, resourceful, and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
- Client-Focused: You have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.
