THE OPPORTUNITY
As our business continues to expand, we have an exciting new opportunity for an adaptable Administration Generalist to join our team. This full-time role will see you working Monday - Friday 9am to 5:30pm in our head office located in Somerton Park. You will ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions, particularly in mine site coordination. The ideal candidate will handle diverse tasks, including travel coordination, data management, finance support, and guest relations, all with a friendly and professional demeanour. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for mine staff
- Reconcile credit cards, enter invoices, and support payroll as needed
- Coordinate site access, including medicals and uniform distribution
- Provide general office support and basic tech troubleshooting
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience in admin, office support, or finance
- High school diploma/equivalent or Cert III in Administration or similar advantageous
- Valid drivers licence
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
- Basic knowledge of MYOB or similar accounting software
- Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot basic issues on devices and software
- Touch typist with good spelling and punctuation
- Strong organisational, multitasking, detail-oriented and communication skills
- Friendly, professional with customer service focused
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Office-based, fast-paced, physically fit and able to occasionally lift and able to go up/downstairs.
