About the Position
We have an exciting opportunity for an Asset and Property Administrator to join a rapidly growing and dynamic business. Based in Brendale, the successful candidate will have excellent organisation skills and a background in managing commercial assets and properties. In this role, you will be responsible for the groups leasing and equipment procurement and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with and ensuring adequate insurance coverage for all vehicles, buildings, staff and legal obligations.
- Ensure ongoing property rental, maintenance and electricity for all office premises and staff accommodation.
- Oversee lease administration, manage critical dates and ensure rent payments are made on time.
- Uphold landlord and tenant obligations according to lease terms.
- Manage lease expenses, including outgoings, statutory costs, and insurances.
- Coordinating repairs, cleaning, maintenance, and renovations of properties and assets.
- Maintenance of asset registers.
- Sourcing of plant and equipment.
- Coordination of vehicle maintenance.

- Prior experience of asset and property management.
