About The Role
Due to large capital works projects they are now seeking a team and project administrator to join the organisation in this newly created role. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive support across the executive team and administrative projects, primarily assisting the Head of Property and Infrastructure with the delivery of capital works projects in additional to support to the wider leadership team.
Role And Responsibilities
- As a Team and Project Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive team while also managing administrative projects.
- Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing high-level administrative assistance to the Head of Property and Infrastructure.
- You will be responsible for organising and maintaining project-related documentation while ensuring accuracy in all presentations, reports, and documents prepared.
- Your role will also involve coordinating project working groups, serving as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, maintaining accurate records of project activities, expenses, milestones, and assisting in financial reporting.
Skills and background
- The ideal candidate for this Team and Project Administrator role will bring a wealth of knowledge, an exceptional administrator with strong coordination skills.
- proven experience in project administration or coordination within the property or infrastructure sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively while prioritising competing demands.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as they will be liaising with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite is required, along with a detail-oriented focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
