Job description:
THE ROLEIn this hands-on role as a Graduate , you will be required to:
- Assisting the Project Manager with project planning and programming tasks, project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System and liaising and managing client relationships
- Monitoring performance of construction crews and subcontractors against program and cost forecasts
- Reporting and mitigating performance issues
- Reporting production costs daily, weekly and monthly
- Procurement of plant, equipment, and material
- Assist with developing and reviewing Management Plans and SWMS’s
Profile description:
ABOUT YOU
- A degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience with earthworks, roads, pavement, structures and civil infrastructure preferable.
- Experience in working with authorities such as local councils and service authorities preferable
- Excellent client relationship management
- Excellent rapport with subcontractors
- Contract management experience desirable
- Excellent people management skills
