Valuer Assistant – First Valuation Group (FVG)

First Valuation Group (FVG) is a privately owned Melbourne based property valuation entity with over thirty years within the valuation industry. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality valuations and advice in both traditional valuation services and general property advisory.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Valuer Assistant who is either nearing the completion or has recently completed an accredited property valuation course. As part of our team, you'll work closely with the Managing Director and gain experience that will set you apart in your career. This role will have you at the forefront of the valuation process, from research to final reporting with properties in the range of $0 to $10M across commercial and, at times, residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Managing Director on daily tasks and valuations.
- Conduct research and assist in completing valuation reports.
- Work independently over time, demonstrating autonomy and reliability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Completion or near completion of an accredited Valuation Course (VIC).
- A strong desire to learn and gain experience at the highest level of the industry.
- Ability to work autonomously after an initial training period.
