We are seeking a State Manager - Water - NSW/ACT to join our experienced and passionate team.
With strong growth potential and an established team in place, we are looking for an experienced manager within the water industry to drive the next phase of our development throughout the region.
Having significant autonomy for the management of the region, key accountabilities will include:
- Strategic operational leadership and continued business growth into new market sectors and geographies.
- Team leadership, growing capability and retaining top talent.
- Embedding disciplined project delivery through strong governance.
- Commercial, HSEQ and financial leadership; taking ownership and improving outcomes.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an experienced, thoughtful and engaging individual who is keen to take the next step in their career and step into this exciting leadership position.
To be considered for this role you must possess the following:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience within an Operations Management position.
- 15+ years within the Water Treatment industry, with a background in project delivery.
- Current knowledge of Water Treatment industry trends, technology and opportunities for growth.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
