Project Manager to join the team.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, You'll be coordinating multiple projects across Infrastructure, Subdivisions, Community Projects, and Roadworks.
Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
- Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
- Cost management and reporting
- Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims
- Quality Assurance, including organising testing, ITPs, submissions
- Delivering Progress reports to the Construction Manager
- Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors and adhering to compliance requirements
About you
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience leading a team
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to establish strong working relationships
