We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Scheduler to be part of our client's Project Delivery team.
In this role, you will be required to demonstrate an ability to operate across a range of project types, employing standards and practices as set by the National and Regional Project Controls & Planning teams. This including to schedule creation, update, and analysis; cost baseline creation, update, and analysis; resource demand and supply analysis including forecasting; change and risk review and reporting.
In this dynamic role, you'll provide input and feedback on the development and ongoing maintenance of project controls systems, including: the schedule, cost management and cost forecasting, risk register, change control register, and resource planning, including;
- Develop and maintain high-quality and robust master integrated schedules for major projects based on the industry's best practices.
- Being "hands-on" and proactive in your role, as a key member of the Project Delivery and Project Controls team.
The Successful Candidate Must Have
- A degree or diploma qualified in Construction Project Management.
- Competency in project management suite of software (e.g., Microsoft professional suite, MS Project,), ERP systems (e.g., Pronto) and project management platforms (e.g., InEight, Aconex, Procore).
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Firm understanding of the best practice scheduling.
- Strong safety focus and knowledge.
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
- Demonstrated commercial experience to include planning up to 4 weeks ahead and weekly reporting against cost and time
