Must have NV1 Clearance.
Key duties may include, but are not limited to:
Manage, lead, and deliver projects that may have an agency wide impact.
Develop, implement, and evaluate project plans and schedules in accordance with the agency’s project management framework and consider project interdependencies.
Collaborate with staff in immediate work area and with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee project design, governance arrangements and operational integration.
Ensure project deliverables and milestones are met on time and within budget.
Report on project objectives and outputs for presentation to the executive, and oversee, plan, manage and monitor financial budgets and oversee the management of contracts, procurement, resources and expenditure.
- Identify, assess, manage, escalate, report and monitor project risks, issues and benefits, including developing treatment strategies
Criteria
1. Experience and knowledge in delivering Infrastructure projects,
2. An ability to work under pressure against short timescales.
3. Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs, from project definition to product delivery/demonstration.
Weighted Criteria
1. Ability to contribute to agency's continuous improvement by improving systems, processes and tools related to project management and reporting.
2. Excellent Stakeholder management and ability to collaborate and communicate effectively that contributes to a cross-functional team development pipeline.
3. Experience tracking a complex ICT project and providing support to clear blocking issues.
4. Familiarity with AGILE methodology and project tracking.
5. Ability to producing talking points, project documentation and undertake research and issue resolution independently and as directed by the Program SRO and Delivery Lead.
