The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Parts Manager to lead our Adelaide Parts and Warehouse team in Cavan. You’ll take the reins of our parts department, driving customer service, budget management and P&Ls, while leading a team focused on delivering parts supply and inventory control.

- Foster Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our parts and service offerings within the region.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work hand-in-hand with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to boost efficiency and manage cost across the department.
- Ensure Compliance: Keep our parts department running smoothly, aligned with company policies and quality standards.
- Champion Safety: Lead by example in creating a safety-first culture, ensuring all team members and contractors follow WHS guidelines.
What You’ll Bring
- Industry Knowledge: Background in automotive, commercial vehicles, construction/mining, or agricultural industries.
- Customer Focus: Dedication to providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with OEMs and mechanical parts support
- Systems Capability: Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and company ERP systems
