The Opportunity
Hitachi is actively seeking a motivated individual to join the REMAN team as Planner Coordinator in our Wacol Branch. This opportunity will see you work in the REMAN team looking after the Workflow/Service Schedules and the Warehouse Inventory.
Reporting to the REMAN Manager, WA, this role will require you to be fast paced with keen attention to details managing multiple tasks at the same time.
You will also be responsible for:
- Planning Workflows, Managing Contractors and Project and Admin Related Activities for REMAN team
- Plan and Coordinate the schedule and priorities for Reman WIP to ensure that we manage Reman component stock level inventory(Warehouse
- Review and process Purchase Orders after the necessary verifications and approvals for the Work Orders and Suppliers
- Closely Monitor and Assist and Record the tooling and the Work with Tool Management – Assura
- Perform a number of Project Related and Training Related Activities such as Schedule site inductions/ medicals, Enter timesheets into Kronos, Schedule training and Update training records to LMS
- Identification of continuous improvement within your area of responsibility and keeping Safety as the priority in all of these tasks.
To be successful in this role:
- Previous experience with contracts/Service/Schedule management(Mining/OEM Experience desirable)
- Completion of a relevant TAFE course, i.e. Certificate III Business Administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality, and to work under pressure
- Advanced Microsoft Office software skills, ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Multitasking and Project Experience along with Continuous Improvement is desirable
