Due to several new phases of work commencing on a large rail programme across Brisbane, we are seeking talented Site / Project Administrators to join our team in Brisbane. This role will focus on all aspects of site and project administration and will offer a varied and challenging workload. About the Roles
- Assist the onsite Project team with administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor project costs and budgets, processing invoices and purchase orders.
- Maintain and update project files, records, and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the project management team as required.
Qualifications
- A HND or Bachelors degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in construction administration or a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is a plus.
