The Role
- Be responsible for database maintenance; work across multiple in-house systems to ensure employee information is up-to-date and compliant.
- Input timesheets and overtime requests into the system.
- Process new jobs on the database, create new vendor applications and manage the internal inbox.
- Raise PO numbers and process invoices for payment.
- Liaise with internal employees, contractors and suppliers via phone and email to answer enquiries and escalate issues.
- Assist with paperwork and procedures for new employees and separating employees.
- Be the first point of contact for clients coming into the office and receive deliveries.

- Proven experience within a fast-paced administration role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
