PROGRAMMED Industrial Maintenance are currently seeking Boilermakers and Riggers for a shutdown in the Newcastle area. Working with our key client you will be part of a company that cares about your personal wellbeing and safety and encourages flexibility.
Benefits:
- Great EA pay rates ranging from $51.00 to $54.00 per hour + Site & Productivity Allowance
- 6 x 10 hour days per week Monday to Saturday
- Day Shift roster 6am to 4pm
- Overtime & Penalty Rates after 8 hours & on Saturdays
About the role:
- Start Date: Mid September 2024
- End Date: Mid October 2024
- Working onsite at a shutdown in Newcastle ports
- The shut is for structural repairs e.g. crack repairs and over plating
- The scope is for removal and replacement works
- All trades required to have current EWP, Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets
About you:
- Great attitude, reliable and punctual to shifts
- Flexible to assist other trades where required
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Work independently and within a team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
- Supply relevant Trade Certificates, licences and tickets
- Boilermakers must have a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication
- Riggers must have Intermediate to Advanced Rigging qualification
- Be able to undergo & pass a pre-employment medical including a D&A test
- Provide 1-2 work referees in a supervisory role
