They are looking for an experienced and passionate Project Coordinator to join their team on a contract until May 2025 to support management with project coordination activities!
The successful candidate can be based anywhere across NSW but will be expected to attend the Sydney or Newcastle once a fortnight.
The Job
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones and deliverables.
- Undertaking research and analysis and contributing to the preparation of project briefs.
- Providing administrative and related project support duties such as updating and collating documentation and records.
- Coordinating working groups and communicating with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting the project team in completing tasks and implementing project plans to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.
- Assisting with project financials and records management.
You
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar Project Coordination role.
- Experience in government and/or disaster recovery funding is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Adaptable to changing project requirements and competing priorities.
