The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us and lead the design, planning, execution, and implementation of new build and M&A projects across Regis nationally.
With a commercial and strategic focus, the Project Manager will work closely with the IT & Projects team and a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including IT vendors and contractors to deliver key programs for Regis residents, families, employees, and guests.
Throughout the lifecycle of the program, the role is responsible for identifying and taking appropriate action with project teams to mitigate any issues or risks.
The important role you’ll play
Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing design stages, planning, documentation, and implementation of project deliverables while maintaining comprehensive reporting systems to ensure Regis can monitor all aspects of the program process.
Key strategies include:
- Develop the program scope and work streams including financial estimates
- Develop all required project reporting systems
- Develop communication plans and interfaces
- Manage the risks and issues register
- Manage project spending and validate financial forecasts throughout the project lifecycle
- Supervise and coordinate procurement and tender process concerning respective projects
Leveraging Regis teams, resources, and systems, success will be built upon a customer and commercial focus, strong internal relationships, and the ability to effectively manage, prioritize, and optimize all the moving parts to ensure the infrastructure and teams are adequately prepared to their job on day one.
What you'll bring to the role
- Strong project management and project delivery skills.
- Significant experience in managing M&A projects
- Strong experience with Microsoft project tools
- Sound knowledge of Prince 2 methodology
- Sound business and technology acumen with demonstrated experience supporting technology and projects in a matrix project management environment
