THE ROLE
As part of the People & Culture team, you will be working closely with the Employment & IR Manager to provide timely advice to stakeholders on a broad range of employment and industrial relations matters.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Interpretation of Enterprise Agreements, Contracts of Employment and Awards
- Providing advice on wages, entitlements and other statutory workplace obligations and rights
- Engaging with unions and assisting stakeholders during industrial disputes
About You
- Formal qualifications in HR, law or IR and preferably experience in an allied industry
- 1+ years of experience in HR/IR and a keen interest in developing along an Employment & IR career trajectory
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong presentation skills, problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Self-starter, motivated, able to work well in a team and under pressure
