Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Oversee all aspects of contract administration, including drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts to ensure compliance and successful execution.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that projects stay on track.
- Documentation Control: Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, changes, and correspondence, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to contract terms and conditions, and work proactively to mitigate them.
- Financial Oversight: Track project budgets and expenditures related to contracts, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and cost control.
- Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any contract-related disputes or issues in a timely and professional manner.
