Fully responsible for supporting the team with the coordination of all administration related duties to support the state operations.
THE ROLE
- General administration and reception duties
- Process purchase orders, expense claims and invoices
- Schedule and manage training register and bookings
- Manage calendars
- Support project teams with booking flights and accommodation
- Assist the bid writing team with completing of tenders
- Support new employees with inductions, PPE and site access
- Oversee and assist with obtaining Defence clearance
ABOUT YOU
- Prior experience in a similar role highly desirable
- Confident using Microsoft Suites and have experience in processing expenses
- Experience in mobilisation and onboarding new employees (desirable)
- Ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines
- Comfortable in a construction project environment with the ability to form positive stakeholder relationships of all levels
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
