Office Manager | Leading Engineering Construction Firm
Salary: $85K-$100K + super
Location: NW Victoria
The Company
My client is a respected specialist in large engineering structures including water treatment plants, sewerage treatment plants, and bridge construction. With a focus on precision and attention to detail, they're seeking a skilled Office Manager to join their dedicated team.
THE ROLE
Reporting To The General Manager, You'll Be Responsible For
- Coordinating employee onboarding and supplier setup
- Assisting with insurance policy management and claims
- Managing the reception phone & multiple email accounts
- Managing all aspects of bookkeeping using MYOB
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
- Processing payroll and related obligations
- Handling ATO lodgements and payments
- Onboarding new employees & basic HR duties
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Extensive bookkeeping and payroll experience
- Thorough understanding of financial accounting software systems
- Knowledge of CFMEU Construction EBA
- Experience with end-of-month, quarter, and year obligations
- Strong HR and general business administration background
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365, SharePoint, MYOB
- Experience with Lightyear AP and NAB Connect is highly regarded
