We now have an opportunity for a Minor Works Manager with a local WA contractor. Our client who has been around for many years has an excellent reputation with local governments and stakeholders. This is a full time position with a monthly bonus attached to your salary package.
The Ideal Candidate
- Tertiary qualifications in Building and Construction.
- Previous experience in estimating & project delivery would be ideal
- Full understanding of the WA construction legislation.
- Have sound knowledge of Quality Control
- Exceptional time management, problem solving and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.
Your Responsibilities May Include
- Manage the procurement and administration of each project.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Preparation of reports and relevant documentation as required.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of construction projects.
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure that performance indicators are met.
On offer is a base salary of $130k - $150k plus super, fully expensed company vehicle and a monthly bonus.
