We are looking for a Trainee Building Estimator & Scheduler who will be provided with:
· A full induction program
· Mentorship from the Estimating & Scheduling Manager
· Three-month extensive training program
· On-going training, upskilling and support

This is a full-time paid position. No experience is necessary for this role, just the right attitude.
Our trainees are expected to have an:
· Intermediate proficiency in Excel
· Passion for building and construction
· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
· Good communication skills
· Punctuality and ability to work to deadlines
Your role will involve:
· Collaborating with the sales and administration teams
· Prepare cost estimates for new homes
· Communicating with suppliers to quote prestart selections
· Investigating site requirements
