About The Role
We are seeking an
Asset Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating our fleet of assets across all Warrikal client site works. You will be responsible for the asset maintenance, forecast planning, mobilisation/demobilisation of assets and coordination with internal business teams regarding utilisation. Your day to day will be:
- Implement and manage fleet maintenance schedules in line with OEM requirements
- Coordinate general maintenance, on hire, weed and seed and off hire inspections to meet business and project requirements
- Coordinate repairs and schedule maintenance for our field service team
- Coordination of logistics associated with equipment movements to meet company and project demands
- Assist with purchasing of equipment and materials to meet business demands
- Provide technical support within your expertise to assist the site teams to effectively manage parts and equipment
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 1 yrs experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in the mining and resources sector
- Strong working knowledge of the mining industry including journey management controls across the Pilbara.
- Ability to understand and deliver on timelines for delivery across multiple Pilbara sites.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of materials management system.
- Ability to develop and deliver processes with Planning Manager.
- High organisational skills to coordinate logistic requirements.
- Capable to develop and maintain professional interpersonal skills with all personnel and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to be proactive and solutions driven with tasks.
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities.
