Procurement Administrator

Play a key role in processing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, coordinating supplier communications, and supporting seamless procurement operations - more importantly, enjoy a collaborative work environment within an established, WA owned business civil construction business.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience and ability coordinating with project managers, and site based engineers OR internal stake holders working across multiple sites to identify material and service needs.
- Adept at maintaining strong supplier relationships for reliable supply chains
- Confident with addressing delivery, quality, or compliance issues regarding materials and services
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Previous experience supporting the requisition to payment process
- Experience using vista by Viewpoint will be highly regarded though not essential.
Core accountabilities:
- Review and validate purchase requisitions from various sites, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Create and issue purchase orders based on approved requisitions and in line with company policies.
- Process any necessary changes to purchase orders, such as quantity adjustments or delivery dates, and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders
