Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role based in Salisbury South for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our current adminstration team, managing phone calls, assisting with communication, and performing clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus in particular the concrete industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
