About the Role:
The Project Manager will play a vital role in delivering a range of projects from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful outcomes that meet the organisation's high standards of quality, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage property projects from concept to completion.
- Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Monitor project progress and implement solutions to address any issues or risks.
- Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management at a client-side consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of project management practices, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Experience across various property sectors, such as commercial, retail, industrial, education, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, construction, property, or a related field.
