About The Role
Working for the State Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the state operations for all relevant divisions for Bay Building Services in WA. This role includes a focus on quality, timeliness, revenue, margins and customer service ensuring the successful achievement of individual and team outcomes and objectives. The role is based in Perth, WA.
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter with a strong operational background to enhance the productivity and efficiency of our WA business.
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Overseing the process and delivery across the state (all relevant divisions for Bay Building Services) from Job Registration to Quote Authorised
- Responsible for the supervision and management of staff (and their assigned outcomes) to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of Bay Building Services front-end aspect of our workflow stream. The role will oversee client account management activities, office management, championing business change and improvement projects, driving national standardisation across the Operations function through developing, implementing, and controlling Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring adherence to process

Knowledge And Experience
- Degree in Management or business related discipline (highly desirable)
- Solid business development experience
- Understanding of service level agreements and process definition and conformance
- Experience in the construction and insurance repair industry (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (highly desirable)
- High level of computer competency
As the insurance building sector is heavily influenced by insurable weather events, overtime is occasionally required during these event times.
