The Role
This thriving company of approximately 150 staff has reached the point of needing the assistance of an experienced administrator who loves being the trusted 'go-to' person for a busy team. Provide EA support to the relaxed General Manager, HR admin support to the delightful HR Manager, day to day oversight and management of the office and general team support.
- Diary management for the General Manager
- Meeting and email coordination
- Administrative support for the leadership team
- Assisting in onboarding new hires
- Creating employment contracts
- Organising gifts/cakes for staff birthdays etc
- Coordination of on-site and off-site events
- Overseeing the general cleanliness of the office
- Managing stationery and kitchen supplies
- Day to day facilities management
Skills and Experience
This is a varied role that will suit someone with broad experience, who likes to pitch in and help wherever required. You'll need experience in a similar EA/Office Manager role, great communication skills and an approachable, can-do attitude. Intermediate MS Office skills essential.
